202 and Cottage is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.
Confirmations:
You will need to hold your reservation with a credit card guarantee. All credit cards are run 14 days or less before your check-in date. We will accept Personal or Company checks, but it must be in our hands no later than the 14 days before your arrival.
The full charge(s) for all packages are made 3 days prior to arrival. Please bear in mind that, in these circumstances, we require packages be ordered at least 72 hours in advance.
Once you have completed your reservation you will be emailed (or mailed if you do not have email) a confirmation giving you details of your reservation, contact info, directions, check in arrangements etc. etc.
Cancellation Policy:
Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly:
So, if your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, all cancellations must be handled by phone to us at least 14 days* notice (21 days notice for special events and holidays and Full property) prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation and authorize a $25 processing fee.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less 14 (fourteen) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for one night stay or time of stay for your reservation. If we can rebook your accommodation(s), a full or partial refund may be made. NO SHOWS are charged the full amount of their reservations.
Other Details:
Rates & polices are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. Advanced payments may be required on multiple bookings and length of stay.
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Late check-outs are charged a one-half night's stay and will be applied to your credit card.
CHILDREN: Special situations allow for children, please call to make arrangements.
NO PETS! Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.
NO SMOKING inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available well away from the doors. A charge of $300 fee will be added to the bill if you or any of your guests smokes inside 202 and Cottage @ 202.
Registered guest are responsible for any damage/extra cleaning fees done to 202 and Cottage. Should additional (above and beyond the norm) cleaning is required your credit card will be charged $25/hour fee.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.
Lost and Found:
If you leave personal items at our property, you have to contact us within 10 days of your departure date, after which time we donate them to charity. We will mail them back to you and charge the mailing fee (USPS priority) plus a $5 handling fee.
