These three rooms (the entire main house) can be reserved in a two or three room combination.  Your reservation includes a full kitchen, living area, dining room and wireless internet.

2 rooms (1-6 guests) $240.00/night

3 rooms (1-8 guests) $295.00/night

*These rates are for Friday-Saturday.  Discounted rates are available for Sunday-Thursday.

Room Descriptions:

Dora Etta - Located in the front of the main house, this restful room has an antique iron queen sized bed decked in sumptuous all white linens.  There is a television, armoire and a private bath with a tub/shower.

Kitsy Fay - Dressed with fancy, this bedroom has two queen sized iron beds both showcasing a floral fabric cornice, custom window treatments and elegant bed linens.  There is a television and large bath with a tub/shower.

Vera Mae - Off the kitchen, this room features a wooden king size bed and more traditional Hill Country decor.  There is a television and a private bath with a tub/shower.

The Cottage at 202

This cottage tucked in the trees behind the main house is very special.  The decor is accented with a creative use of great antiques, yet very refined.  The high beamed ceiling makes the cottage spacious and roomy.  There is a fantastic king sized iron bed that features custom European style bed linens.  A leather sofa is placed to enjoy the television, and a large leather chair is tucked in across the room for relaxing with your favorite book.  Four chairs around the table are perfect for that morning coffee or breakfast.  The bath has a shower and there is a coffee bar in the hall closet.  There are so many wonderful finds here, you'll have a hard time leaving.
